2024 DHILLON Grenache Rosé (Limited) $55/bottle
~An alternative wine choice to pair with our slow-cooked pork belly, BBQ pork, and vegan dishes~
This delicately coloured Grenache rosé from Heathcote was gently pressed with a few hours of skin contact,
wild-fermented in old French barrels, and matured on lees for five months.
Fresh and fragrant with notes of rose, red currant, and cranberry, it delivers a smooth,
dry palate with just the right balance of flavour and texture.
2023 Cold Acre Longview Creek Blanc de Blanc $63/Bottle
A refined sparkling of exceptional quality, with beautiful fine beads that dance in the glass. Crafted from
Chardonnay grapes grown in the Longview Creek Vineyard, picked in early March 2023, and patiently aged
on lees for 18 months before disgorgement in April 2025. Elegant, complex, and effortlessly sophisticated,
quite possibly one of the best wines you’ll ever experience.

A refined and expressive Pinot Noir from a classic vintage. Bursting with vibrant, perfumed aromas of red berries
and subtle spice, it carries layers of exotic fruit flavours, hints of floral lift, and a gentle earthiness.
