We’re proud to share our handmade dumplings at the Farmer’s Markets, made with care using beautiful local ingredients. The vegetables come fresh from Mount Prospect Farm, and we use specially prepared free-range mince from our local butcher, Country Gourmet Meat and Poultry, Gisborne, Victoria.
Each dumpling is folded by hand, just as we do in the kitchen — simple, honest food made from ingredients we trust and the people in our community we love to support.
Perfect to keep in the freezer, they’re an easy and comforting meal whenever you need it — steam, pan-fry, or drop them into a soup for a quick bowl of warmth.
